Localyser helps multi-location brands take control of their online review management. Localyser makes it simple to track and reply to online reviews, answer social media DMs, generate positive reviews and analyze customer sentiment across all  locations. Consolidate all of the reviews and social media accounts in one dashboard. From Google to TripAdvisor, UberEats to Deliveroo, Instagram to Twitter, Localyser integrates with 75 sources for the business.

1. Firstly, we assisted in gathering actionable customer feedback by developing a robust system that consolidates feedback from various sources into one centralized platform. This not only streamlined the feedback collection process but also enabled Localyser clients to analyze and act upon customer insights effectively.

2. In addition to feedback management, we developed an integrated direct messaging (DM) system for Facebook and Instagram messages, providing Localyser’s clients with a unified interface to manage and respond to messages from these popular social media platforms. This feature simplified communication with customers and improved response times, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

3. Furthermore, we leveraged artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance the analysis of reports and feedback responses. By implementing AI algorithms, we automated data analysis processes, enabling Localyser’s clients to derive deeper insights from their data and make data-driven decisions more efficiently.


Overall, our solution not only met but exceeded  Localyser expectations by helping them reach their desired business objectives.
