Description
We’re looking for a part-time creative, resourceful, and driven Lead generator to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who thinks beyond the obvious, has a non-standard approach to challenges, and loves experimenting with new ideas in sales and lead generation. You’ll work alongside our CEO and Sales department to help expand our outreach, build strategic partnerships, and shape how our services are presented to the world.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data research or lead generation (flexible based on potential)
- Intermediate English (B1 or above) — comfortable with spoken and written communication
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
- Previous work experience in outreach, prospecting, or pre-sales is a plus
- Preparing and refining our engineers resumes, and company portfolio cases
Responsibilities
- Data research, lead generation, cold outreach and communication with potential customers through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email, etc
- Exploring and testing new sales channels and methods
- Preparing and refining our engineers resumes, and company portfolio cases
- Drafting custom proposals and responses to client requests
- Initiating and managing communication with customers and partners
- Executing ad-hoc tasks from the CEO and Sales leadership
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working with customers in AdTech, PropTech, MarTech, and energy sectors
- Prior experience in IT services or software development companies
- Certifications in sales, lead generation, or digital outreach
- Certifications in technology or product management-related fields
