The user experience challenge: Potential advertisers found the process exhausting. A brand manager typically spent over 45 minutes searching for locations. Then, they waited days for a manual quote. This friction caused "lead decay." Interest evaporated due to latency. Only 15–20% of people who asked about the product were likely to buy it.
The architectural challenge: The legacy website architecture was a major hurdle. It could not support high-level automation or complex data sync. It lacked the speed for a modern, "always-on" experience. Minor tweaks were not enough. We needed a complete shift toward a system that works like a Swiss watch.

Approach

The journey starts with the Dispatcher AI agent. It prioritizes identity and lead capture. Names and emails sync instantly with a 3rd party system. This secures the lead before the consultation deepens. If users have strategy questions, the Knowledge Provider AI agent steps in. It uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and the Pinecone Vector Database. This delivers expert answers from a curated advertising library.
The entire flow uses Guardrails via the OpenAI Moderation Application Programming Interface (API). This filters off-topic content. If a human is needed, the Support Handoff AI agent creates a high-priority ticket in Zoho Customer Relationship Management (CRM). It provides managers with the full transcript for a seamless closing.
